
Hip Hop 4 Life is committed to building self-esteem, confidence and sound judgment in young people so they can achieve their utmost potential and become proactive members and leaders within their communities. This is done through year-round mentoring, social and educational activities and interactive life skills and health-risk prevention workshops which incorporate health, corporate, sport and entertainment industry professionals.

Shades of Beauty is an empowerment program for girls, implemented in 2003. Shades of Beauty is designed to provide life skills training and education pertaining to self-esteem, body image, etiquette, sexual health, grooming, hygiene, conduct, styling, financial health, college, careers and relationships, to name a few.

Man UP! is an empowerment program for boys. Launched in 2007, Man UP! was developed to provide boys with the opportunity to address, discuss and receive life skills training and education on topics including the path to manhood, conduct and responsibility, college, careers, financial health, image, relationships, sexual health and grooming/hygiene.
