Tamekia Flowers-Holland is an alumni of Syracuse University, with over 13 years experience in event planning, marketing, talent relations and youth culture, working within the entertainment and corporate industries. In 2003 Flowers-Holland founded Hip Hop 4 Life with the objective of providing year-round mentoring, social and educational activities and interactive health-risk prevention/life skills workshops to young people in New York City and throughout the country. “Music, entertainment and youth empowerment have always been my passions,” says Flowers-Holland. “It is for this reason that I know Hip Hop 4 Life is my purpose in life. I will continue to dedicate myself to engaging, educating, uplifting and empowering the young people who will ultimately define our future!”

In addition to Hip Hop 4 Life, Tamekia Flowers-Holland is also a certified Yoga instructor and Founder and CEO of Epiphany Blue, a boutique firm that specializes special event planning and developing talent related programs for youth and young adults. In a short period of time, Epiphany Blue’s client list has grown to include companies such as McDonald’s, Toyota, Tide, Burrell Communications Group, GolinHarris, Kenny Smith Entertainment Group, VH1 Soul, BET Networks, Dwyane Wade’s Wades World Foundation, Verizon Wireless, Bank of America and Alonzo Mourning Charities, to name a few.

Tamekia Flowers-Holland is a native of Brooklyn, New York.
