Hip Hop 4 Life is committed to building self-esteem, confidence and sound judgment in young people so they can achieve their utmost potential and become proactive members and leaders within their communities. This is done through year-round mentoring, social and educational activities and interactive life skills and health-risk prevention workshops which incorporate health, corporate, sport and entertainment industry professionals.

Shades of Beauty is a self-esteem, enrichment and empowerment program for girls. Developed as a call to action to combat the negative images and stereotypes of woman portrayed in entertainment and the media, Shades of Beauty is designed to assist girls with building and fostering healthy self-esteem, confidence and sound judgment.

Man UP! is a self-esteem, confidence building and empowerment program which encourages a platform of conversation education and expression for teen boys. Man UP! was designed to challenge the boys to think of what the true characteristics of a man are.
